Why does iPhone allow apps to force launch Safari or App Store (to open pages showing their ads/ advertised product)? Are there any settings that can block such invasive actions??

Popups and Apps:
This is the way the app are developed. It is a matter of licensing. There is no way to get around that, other than an internal setting in the app itself. Doing a but of research you may be able to find out if this is an option.
Huh what "matter of licensing"?? iPhone has all sorts of settings including Block Pop-ups but yet none to stop apps from overstepping outside its own app and actually interfering with other apps?! Common sense should already reveal that it is a waste of time to do any such "research" cos obviously there would be no option for users to stop what the app purposely forced them to do in the first place like duh.

IOW: How it is defined in the User License in the Terms & Conditions you would have agreed to upon download and usage.
So, what are the apps?
As far as I know nobody reads that whole chunk of crap, but in any case I don't believe it would include such a description that they can force launch other apps (feel free to prove me wrong by showing me an example of T&Cs which say so).
Does it matter what the apps are? The only option ANY app has for users to stop ads is to pay (to remove ads/ for an ad-free version) but that isn't my point - what I am not ok with is not the ads themselves but how the app force launches other apps like the safari browser or app store.
