I have a PC and have a 2TB storage subscription in iCloud (I had a Mac before). I want to share it with my family (they do have iPhones & iPad with different AppelD, I have an Android phone).
How do I share my iCloud with them?

You can share your iCloud storage plan by using a Family Sharing group, but Set up Family Sharing says that you need an Apple device to achieve this. Additionally, Share iCloud+ with your family says that the family group organiser must be the one sharing the iCloud storage.
