iWatch 2 frozen

Even after pushing both buttons for at least 20 sec does not restart.

Iwatch freezing on Apple logo My Iwatch frequently freezes on the Apple logo. I try doing a reset but that doesn’t work. Once I am able to get to the Iwatch charger and I connect it, it unfreezes. The battery is at full charge when it freezes. I also have the latest IOS update installed. I’ve also turned off all notifications to my Iwatch. How I can I get this to stop happening?

The device is an Apple Watch, not iWatch.

If you are following the instructions in Restart your Apple Watch to force restart you device and without success make sure there is power in the Watch. Your Apple Watch is nearly six years old. Perhaps the battery is no longer holding a sufficient charge?

If you cannot get it to start contact Apple Support by using the Get Support link at the head of this page.
