Even after pushing both buttons for at least 20 sec does not restart.

The device is an Apple Watch, not iWatch.
If you are following the instructions in Restart your Apple Watch to force restart you device and without success make sure there is power in the Watch. Your Apple Watch is nearly six years old. Perhaps the battery is no longer holding a sufficient charge?
