After update iphone 6S plus to 15.6, Contacts list are getting hang and also phone dialer is not working. Click of any number long beep sound is coming.
I have also tried with force restart and reset all settings but it could not work out.

To clarify, do you experience this issue with the Contacts, Phone app or both? Using these steps to close them may help:
1. Double-click the Home button to show your most recently used apps.
2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close.
3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.

For me the contact list does not allow you to change the contacts icon. When you choose the icon it shows up too large and then does not allow you to click DONE.
These are all the same icons I’ve been using since I bought the phone!
