My apple watch gives a different heart rate than what the doctor measured

Yesterday I was getting notifications from my watch that I had a high heart rate, it was between 100-120 in rest. I got scared and went to the doctor, she measured my heart rate and listened to my heart beat and it was not even close to what my apple watch showed. At the doctor it was 84 and on my watch it shower 118.
