Cancelling an already shipped package

I put in an order for the new MBA on July 15th release date, with an estimated time of July 27th. For the past week and a half UPS just shows delay with no updates or estimated times. Pretty frustrating because all the Apple stores around me now have them on hand.

last time I ordered a MBP online it took 3 months for me to get it because UPS lost it and then I got double charged because Apple sent a new one while the old package was still somewhere in UPS factory.

Im really just wondering if I can just cancel this order and go pick one up in store because I do not want to go through this hassle with them again and I need it for school.

Hello AdronJ11,

If it's already shipped and in the hands of UPS, I highly doubt you can cancel it. This is a user helping user Community Forum. You'll want to speak to someone in Apple Sales. Call: 1-800-MY-APPLE to speak to someone directly.
