Im trying to reset my password thru the Terminal and I get this screen

The following may be relevant: If you see an 'Unable to sign you in to your Apple ID' message - Apple Support.
In brief, you should give things a rest for 24 hours before trying again. If you tried repeatedly to log in and it failed (for whatever reason) you won't be able to use Account Recovery for at least that long.
Besides, I do not know what using Terminal might have done to complicate things.
Do you not have a Time Machine backup?
Im a little confused because Im a user on the start up, I forgot my password and cant log in—- tried repeatedly, and yet i dont get locked out…. So do i still need to wipe this thing,,,
