Share focus status not working on iOS 15.6

Hello,

Share focus status is not working for any contact in my phone. I have confirmed that settings > focus > work > focus status is ON, settings > focus > share across devices is ON, and settings > messages > focus is ON. Share focus status still shows up as grayed out when I go into a conversation with a contact, and I have confirmed with my contacts they do not see the “this contact has their notifications silenced” message in our conversation.
