2020 MacBook Pro M1 wake from sleep issue

Has this issue been resolved yet? I'm about to invest in a new MacBook after dealing with the butterfly keyboard for 5 years and want one that works. Do the 21/22 macs have this issue? Thanks

My 2021 16" MacBook Pro M1 Pro has no wake from sleep issue.
