2020 MacBook Pro M1 wake from sleep issue

Has this issue been resolved yet? I'm about to invest in a new MacBook after dealing with the butterfly keyboard for 5 years and want one that works. Do the 21/22 macs have this issue? Thanks

Wake up from sleep with keyboard not working I got a new MBP M1 14", and I don't know if this problem is related to the M1, or any of the newer macOS updates. I'm on Monterey 12.6 and this problem has been around since I got the new Mac 2-3 weeks from now. However, here goes: All of a sudden my Mac won’t wake from sleep when touching the keyboard. The mouse or trackpad do the trick, but I am used to touch the keyboard and it’s annoying as h*ll that it doesn’t work. Neither the built in keyboard nor the magic keyboard works. I am quite certain that it worked when I got the MBP – I think I’d have noticed this behavior if it was from the start. But I have also installed software on the new Mac, that may interfere somehow (why that would be so I don’t know). Any ideas?

M1 MacBook Air Has Issues Waking From Sleep I have a 2020 M1 MacBook Air and every time it goes into sleep mode, it doesn't come back on by just pressing the Touch ID/Power button or touching any keys. Is there a fix for this? I'm on macOS 12.6 (Monterey) with all updates installed. Don't know what's going on but I don't think this is normal. There are times that I have to press and hold the power button to force-restart things and then there are times that I just pull the power cable out and it comes back on. This isn't part of the routine and it takes away from productivity. Come on Apple, this issue needs to be checked into and fixed. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has an issue similar to this.

MacBook air's keyboard and trackpad stopped working after wake up It's a 2020 M1 Air. When it goes to sleep, the keyboard and trackpad is unresponsive while wake up. Each time I need to restart. Currently I set it not to sleep. Does that cause any problem on hardware? And what's the solution of this annoying issue? Changing the logic board? How much does it cost? My warranty is over!
