outgoing mail server - fail
On my iPhone and iPad cannot send an email. Can receive emails but not send. MAC is fine. Optimum server is fine. With the latest updates last week - did something change?

If you're using Apple Mail app, I'd try to delete that email account in Settings>Mail, restart your iPhone, then re-add that account manually (after checking the SMTP/IMAP/POP parameters with your email provider).
