iPhone XR I would like to use at my cabin with WiFi and no cellular. Can I reset the xr and register it with a new Apple ID? I would like to have them completely separate. Different apps, settings, payment types, picture albums and so on.

You can just log out of the current Apple ID and log in with a different one. But this won’t change the fact that the phone is locked to Sprint. You will have to contact Sprint to unlock it.

Thanks I will look into that. I tried to get sprint to unlock it when I paid it off. This was just before they merged with T-Mobile. I don’t know if you ever tried to get anywhere with sprint. But it was impossible. I just want to leave the phone at my cabin. And available for friends and family to use wile there. I don’t want my personal stuff on it. Everyone can take pictures and use it for apps. Thanks for your information.
