You do know that you used your iCloud user name and password to sign onto this site.......correct?
Your iCloud user name and password is the same as your Apple ID and Password.
Your can change the password here:
If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
You might consider writing down the new password and storing it in a safe place.
