Disk not ejected properly Eject Extreme SSD before disonnecting

This issue just started occurring after the latest update to 12.5 on my Mac OS. The device is not even a year old yet.

Error Message, disk not ejected properly, Eject Extreme SSD before disconnecting or turning it off.

I've seen this post within an internet search for this community but can't find it. I was posted just a week ago.
