Yes, it is possible to get your iPhone's screen replaced by sending it to an Apple Store. However, since you have already replaced a screen at non-Apple certified repair store, there're chances that Apple refuses to service your iPhone under certain circumstances.

Hi! Im a tech guy not affiliated with apple. I can tell you that apple isn't going to stop you from using any non-OEM screen on your iPhone, but you won't get the same features you do on an OEM part. You can read more about this below

If you do want to get a screen replacement done the right way, you're going to want to go through someone who's an authorized 3rd party as they can get direct OEM parts from apple. The screen will also have to be programmed to the iPhone itself to use certain features
