Apple Music Library on Windows

Ive had for a couple of months this problem with the itunes app on Windows, on Itunes it doesnt recognize my Library that I have on my ios devices, it can play music but it doesnt show anything from my library or my playlists, the only thing that remains on my library is the downloads that i had on my other account, I have tried giving the apple music permission to enter the device again but it doesnt do anything.
