Iphone 12 pro battery health declining very quick!!!

I got Iphone 12 pro in July 2021 and my battery health today is 89%. In the first 6-7 months, battery health stayed at 100% and then started declining and touched 95% by June 2022. And now in 1 month and a few days, it has dropped to 89%. I only use Iphone's original adapter and cable that came with 12 pro.

Is there anything wrong with the battery or am I doing anything unusual?

Need suggestions.
