Can't find Russian phonetic input source in Monterey

Just upgraded from 2012 MBA to M2 MBA and there is no Russian Phonetic input source to add. Do I need to download it somehow?

For some reason, no matter if I have the Chines keyboard active, changed the language and region to Chinese, and then also region to Mainland China, it still does not give me the choice to add phonetics on the ctrl-click or right-click. I cannot figure this one out, I have heard about Word having this issue on non-English systems, but not that Pages would have the same issue... Ideas, anyone?

Direct Access to Ukrainian "ї" on iPhone Keyboard Hello there! I believe there is a crucial tweak needed for the representation of the Ukrainian letter 'ї'. Currently, to type 'ї' on an iPhone, users must press and hold the 'І' key and select 'ї' from a popup menu. Current layout: Access 'ї' letter: The standard Ukrainian keyboard layout, known as ЙЦУКЕН, includes 'ї' as a readily accessible key. This layout is familiar to Ukrainian users and is expected when typing in our native language. This is already implemented on macOs. Screenshot from my mac: While Apple's keyboard design logic accommodates variations of certain characters in languages such as Spanish, where accented letters are considered variants of their base letters, this approach should not be applied to the Ukrainian 'ї'. In Ukrainian, 'ї' is not a derivative or an accented form of 'і', but a separate, standalone letter with its own unique usage and phonetic value. Thank you for considering this enhancement.

Could "Russian - QWERTY" be what you are looking for? It appears to have the same key mapping as "Russian - Phonetic" had.
