I need to know what the fastest way to look up text messages that have never been deleted from January 2020 to present. If there is any way of doing so other than just continuously scrolling. Please advise. Thank you for your time.
Open Messages on your iPhone or iPad then pull down slightly on the screen. A search bar will appear.
Please keep in mind that even if you did not specifically delete a message, it may have been deleted. That will depend on how you have message deletion set up in Settings > Messages > Keep Messages.

No, there really isn't a fast way to do this on the phone.
I use an application, PhoneView, to archive my messages to text and/or pdf files on my Mac. They are then easily searchable. TouchCopy provides similar features and also works for Windows. This may not work for your purposes.
