Alarm Feature Disabled

Since installing the 15.6 update, I can no longer set an alarm on my iPhone without setting up a sleep profile.

I have no interest in setting up a sleep profile. I just want to use the alarm feature as an alarm clock.

What happens when you try? Do you not see the "+" in the upper right corner?
