How would I notify Apple about the success I've had with my apple watch

How would I notify Apple about the success I've had with my apple watch - see following:

My Apple Watch saved my life!

On June 19, I received my first “heart warning” message from my Apple watch: ”Low Heart Rate,  Your heart rate fell below 40 BPM for 10 minutes starting at 8:53 PM.”  Several other such messages arrived before I went to the ER on July 10th and had a pacemaker inserted into my chest on July 11.   A graph showed a consistent “Resting Heart Rate” between 60 and 70 BPM until early June when it plummeted down below 40.  Prior to June 19, I had never reviewed the information on my iPhone provided by the watch.  I barely knew it was there.  The messages continued until I visited the ER and was told I needed a pacemaker.   Attached is my Resting Heart Rate chart from March into August.  At the low point between June and July, the pacemaker was installed.
