One of my AirPod Pros fell in some water
One of my airpod pros fell in the sink while I was washing my hands? Do I need to worry about this or do something? I wiped it off immediately.

If it works and continues to do so, you are fine.
There is a chance it can cause the Airpod to fail. At this point there is really nothing you can do.
