Apple ID fund

Hi there. I had add money to my Apple ID fund for Apple Music but after adding the fund I realized that in Pakistan apple isn’t provide such services like iTunes and Apple Music. So that money is just useless for me in Apple ID. My Question is how can I refund that money coz I didn’t get any refund option for Apple ID fund. Someone help me to figure out this. Thanks
