How to change the country of the Apple ID completely?

Hi! I originally created my Apple ID with the regional settings for Switzerland, where I lived at that time. Then I moved to Austria and of course changed the region (and currency) in the settings accordingly.

Mostly it works perfect, but every now and then relics from the original setting pop up on my devices. E.g. the photos app suggests photos from the national holiday of Switzerland as a retrospective. Another example is that the default settings of certain apps are still in Swiss Francs or the default region of newly installed apps is Switzerland.

Is there a possibility to completely delete all of these relics of my account? Thank you!
