iPhone activation

Good Day,


I write this letter with frustration and disappointment. I have been an Apple customer for over 20 years and I have never had any issues with service in the past.  Please allow this notification to serve as  written notification that after visiting the Bethesda Apple store on 7/31/22 (spending over 4 hours in the facility Gordon, Anya, Jessica, Donovan they have been polite and helpful) that I was unable to receive the iPhone 13 mini. The line was added to my account with the number established but the Apple store was unable to obtain payment.  Due to the fact that the store was unable to obtain payment, they were unable to allow us to take the phone. We made 4 different calls to AT&T for assistance and were unable to reach a solution.


We spent over 4 hours trying to resolve the issue without success. They tried every avenue to obtain a successful outcome without benefit. They referred me to AT&T for resolution and they were unable to assist. They insisted that the issue is on Apple’s end due to the fact that they established the line. To date, I have an additional line that shows an active line but no phone. I am asking for expedited service with the matter as I foresee being charged for a product that I do not have.


As of today, August 2nd, 2022 I have spent more then 6 hours between AT&T and Apple (Bethesda Row Store) and we still don’t have a resolution. Both parties involved are blaming the other and that is not a solution.


I am writing to ask for your assistance expediting assistance with the matter above to ensure that we can reach a solution as soon possible.  Again, I want to state there is an open account with an established line and I do not have a phone to correspond with the additional line. I am asking that Apple cancel the line and remove the installment ASAP.
