Hip Replacement Exercises

I just returned home today from a hip replacement surgery. They provided me with some very specific exercises that I May do while I’m in bed at home.

Is there a unique way I can label this group with exercises that I will be doing for this period of my life. These are super critical to regaining strength and minimizing blood clots.

ideally I would like to have a reminder that would go off multiple times a day to perform these unique group of exercises (that I will only be doing for a few weeks) and a unique label such as hip recovery exercises.

thank you for your advice on how to organize this. Sincerely, New_Hip!!

You could set up a specific Reminders list (e.g. Hip Recovery Exercises). In that list, you could put in reminders that re-occur every day for each time of day. Unfortunately, you can't set one reminder to repeat several times in one day. You can label them whatever you want (e.g. Morning Exercises, Afternoon Exercises, If I Never Have to Do These Again I'll Have a Party Exercises).

Good luck with the rehap!
