How to set vibration to interval rather than continuous ?

How to set vibration notification to interval rather than continuous which potentially damage iphone by

① overheating

② battery drain

yesterday, i didn’t pick up incoming call, my phone app failed stop ringing & vibrating for more than45 minutes until i can close app manually.

is it possible to end continous or change to intervals ?
