Snapchat account

Hello, i logged out of my snapchat yesterday for just a moment and when i tried to log back in it says due to failed attempts or suspicious activity your account is temporarily disabled. I went to snapchat web to unlock it and it said it was a success however i still cant log in or verify my number due to the same reason although i havent done anything wrong. Its been a day since this is occurring. I can make new accounts and can still see my original account if i try to add so im not sure if this is a device ban or not?
