How to organize your Reading List in Mac Safari

Unfortunately, there's no way to drag and re-arrange the Safari Reading List, however, if you "re-add" the item to your Reading List it will move it to the top of the list and you can keep doing that to group your like-kind items together.

I no longer have my usual reading list on the left side of my Mac desktop I no longer have my usual reading list on the left side of my Mac (version 11.7.1 & Safari version 16.1) desktop, where everything used to be in the book icon. Now, I find it on, what I think is called, my 'Home' page, that includes Favorites, Frequently Visited, Privacy Report then Reading list. Reading list opening 1/3rd from bottom (oldest) after update, why? Updated to Ventura 13, have Safari 16.1. MBA 2020 M1. Now when I open my Reading List is it not at the newest added sites, it is about 1/4 from the bottom (older sites). Here's the hook; On the scroll bar, the white bar icon is at the top (as if it were at the top of the list), but it isn't. When I scroll up, the list jumps, then I have to keep scrolling to get to the actual top (newest). on the list. Any idea what is going on here and how I can fix it? This is terribly annoying and inconvenient.
