Pearson VUE App - Not supporting in Mac IOS Monterey 12.x
Dear All,
it's been more than 3 months, Pearson VUE app is not working in MaC IOS 12.x versions. Is any one facing same problem ? if yes, what is the resolution ? i have tried below system tests as per pearson vue.
1.failed to launch test simulation during system test.
Step 1: Click on Pearson VUE exe and enter access code - Pass
Step 2: Test microphone, speakers, webcam test - Pass
Step 3: Test network check - Pass
Step 4: Test Exam simulation - Fail [ will not move to next step - OnVUE is checking that everything is in order. ]
1. tried all troubleshooting steps, Pearson suggested system test steps . - no luck
2. raised multiple case ids - no luck
3. posted questions in MS support - no luck
I have cleared multiple azure certifications in the past using same laptop. i am sure there is nothing wrong with my laptop nor IoS.

macOS Monterey , version: 12.5

It looks like the new Mac OS did some security patches that are causing issues with the Secure Browser in some instances. We are unable to replicate the issue but have seen 2 instances across the thousands of MAC deliveries since their latest release.
