Siri constantly popping up, also Music app

I have disabled Siri in System Preferences (the "Enable Ask Siri" box is unchecked), but I am still getting pop-ups asking if I want to enable Siri. It's driving me crazy.

Also, sometimes Music app automatically loads. Very strange. I'll be typing in Notes app, and suddenly the Music app opens.

I'm using a new-ish 2019 MacBook Pro. Fresh system 12.4 installed, no strange apps. All apps that I am using have come straight from the App Store.

Because my Music app was automatically loading when I didn't want it to, I canceled my Apple Music subscription, hoping it would stop popping up. It hasn't.

Since Siri seems to pop up most when I'm typing in Notes, I'm thinking of no longer using Notes but using some other notes program.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
