Hi there! So my iphone xr is currently dying and i’m debating on Getting the iphone 13 or waiting until the iphone 14 comes out. Do I know when i’ll be able to purchase it?

Apple hasn't announced a release date yet. Historically, many models were released in late September but that is no guarantee of when the next iPhone will be released.
