Apple Watch

It seems my watch actually has a bit of water inside the screen, watch still works but is tempromental and is quite unresponsive now, is there anyway to solve this?

Read there’s not much point on a service prob be aswell just getting a new watch?

Do NOT put your watch in a container of rice. It won't help the watch and it will just waste food.
