How to Fix an IOS update version bug/error ( iPhone 6plus )

My phones no updates are are popping up and it says it’s up to date but when I download apps I can’t it says necessarily iOS version must be installed.

The iPhone 6 Plus can not be updated beyond iOS 12.5.5.

1onlydomt ~ Apple offers many newer iPhone models which will run iOS 13:

iOS 13 and iPadOS are compatible with these devices
