Vibration generated from the outside can damage the iPhone?

Iphone 11 Pro Max I am having an issue with removing the vibration from my phone. I go to Settings, Sound & Haptics, and it reflects "Headphone Safety" and not "Vibration". Any ideas as to why?

I’ve never heard of anything like this happening. I doubt it would damage the phone.
