My MacBook Pro 13” 2012 is running macOS 10.13.6 high seria ( serial C2VGGHXVDV13 )

what is next macOS I can upgrade to❓

The last version compatible with it is High Sierra. For reference, Macs run macOS, not iOS.

That's a late 2011 model, not a 2012 one. No newer macOS versions are compatible.
