iFind on iPad missing

I need to find my iPad but when I purchased a new iPhone I had to turn off the iFind. When I received my new phone there was no iFind but something called MyFind which I could never get to work. When I log onto iCloud I don’t see my device for my iPad. Is there a way I can somehow restore that information or still find my I find my iPad ? Thank you.

If Find My is off, the device cannot be tracked.

Find My cannot be enabled remotely.
