My right airpod is quiet and i am basically unable to use it

Did you check the settings for the audio volume balance between left and right channels?

Go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Audio/Visual, and make sure, the slider is set correctly.

Troubleshoot the AirPods' Balance:

A. Start with a Reset:

B. Visit Apple Support links

• If your AirPods Won't Connect – Apple Support
• Connect and Use your AirPods and AirPods Pro – Apple Support

C. Verify an App's Balance:

If using an App, note that apps have their own balance settings as well. That would overrule that set in the Mac. So, make sure that the balance is set in the middle on an app itself..

D. Also, Clear Out Earwax:

E. Using an App?:

Check and make sure that the balance on the app is not more or less towards one side.
