Pasos siguientes
- Actualiza el iPhone o el iPad a la última versión de iOS o iPadOS.
- Comprueba si hay un problema con Face ID en el historial de servicio y piezas del iPhone. Para ello, abre la app Ajustes, toca General y luego Acerca de.
- Si sigues sin poder registrar la cara o desbloquear el dispositivo con Face ID, puedes llevar el dispositivo a una tienda Apple Store o a un Proveedor de servicios autorizado Apple, o contactar con el soporte de Apple en relación con el iPhone o el iPad.
Solo un técnico capacitado debe reparar su dispositivo.
