Missing content in a locked note

I have a locked note with all my passwords inside a table. Yesterday when I opened it with my password, only the header and one single cell appeared on the screen.

It's the same on all my platforms. So, what can I do to solve the problem?

Locked note had disappeared from notes app My locked note on the Notes app has disappeared, I did not forget the password. I am sure of it because I have been using the same notes with the same password for so so long time. It would not open the notes with that password and when I tried to open the note from my computer, I saw it, once I typed in the password, the note completely disappeared. It is not in my recently deleted folders, it is not in my iCloud account or any other account ,I checked them all. I did all kinds of troubleshooting, my note is gone and it was so important for me. I believe I tried everything possible and I am putting this out there for someone to see that there is an issue.

Notes saying Can't lock note I made a new note & pasted a clip from my bank web page with details I need to lock. When I tried to lock the note I got the "Can't lock this note". I then typed the details into a new note & locked it, no problem, then copied/pasted the photo or whatever it was from the note that would not lock into the new one below my typed entry & voila! It was locked & can unlock as normal. Why?

Access locked note if there isn’t reset password option shown How to access a looked note that I have forgotten the Passwords for? If when i navigate to settings, under notes I am not given the option to reset the password. It does not prompt me to enter Apple ID either. My device password does not work.

I am not sure what this means "All My Platforms".

You can lock a Note only on iCloud Folder and "On My iPhone"

Ok. In iCloud folder, then. I use two macs, iPhone and iPad.
