How do I track my phone using imei

Can I track my phone using imei because when I used my iCloud it says offline

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

Sorry no, you can use IMEI just to report your lost/stolen device to your carrier and/or to the police depertment, as per these instructions:--> If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch is lost or stolen - Apple Support
