hi, I have undeliberatedly deleted some of the system fonts mojave. I can not regenerate them anymore. not even by clicking on the font itself and order it do download the font over the internet. please advise?

Or, user your trusty Time Machine Backup from before the deletions
Or, Restart in Recovery Mode ( two key combination ) Command r and choose Reinstall macOS
