If that is the registered name of the organization involved here, then that is the name of the organization, and that is the alphabet to use.

What Apple refers to as the Roman Alphabet is also known as the Latin Alphabet, and English is one of the alphabets descended from the Latin script.

Apple is seemingly unwilling or (probably, technically) to accept organization names in other alphabets and other writing systems.

You won’t get far trying to register an legal organization name using the Klingon alphabet, for instance.

Could you provide the text which you are referring to? "Roman" usually just means the Latin alphabet.
