Roblox can be dowloaded onto an Xbox connected to your Tv. https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/roblox/bq1tn1t79v9k


Otherwise, if you only have an iOS device, the best you can do is Airplay it form the iOS device to the TV. See here: link-> Use AirPlay to stream video or mirror the screen of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
