M1 Mac Mini

Can I power my mac mini using the usb-c thunderbolt port? I'm currently able to power my laptop in this manner using a monitor providing 65 watts.

Dell U2732QE for mac mini M2 This monitor was a recommended display for mac mini. There are two usb C connections one has power the other is not powered. Dell documentation is not very helpful since I am connecting to a mac computer. For the best display Dell says the display port usb c that has power should be used. Since this connection has power will this connection damage the mac mini usb c connection?

No, the Mac Mini must be plugged into a wall outlet with the power cord.
