Time Stamp File Name of Photo's?

Why can't my iPhone just time stamp photo's by using numbers in the file name to represent year, month, day, time? When I try to get this information I have to go select that field in my file explorer after the files have been transferred to my computer. Then I get contrary information in multiple fields. Date modified is identical to Date created and Date taken is AFTER Date modified and Date created. See attached photo. Clearly I couldn't have created or modified the photo file prior to it being taken. Now I can't trust that the Date taken information is accurate. Very frustrating, so why not just put the time stamp in the file name and save us the headache?

iPhone 13, iOS 15
