Why did apple took extra 140$ after I purchased iPad air

Hi guys, I just purchased an iPad air and it was Shop for University.

I also used my gift cards (175$) so I payed 585.87$ total.

However, when I checked my bank balance, apple took 585.87$ and 140$ after.

I don’t know why they took extra 140$ separately.

Can anyone help? Thanks
