Share Play issue

I have just started getting this message " SharePlay 'TV' content? This will play on Apple TV for your group from "(My iphone)". You can stop sharing in Control Center on this device." Then I get 3 options - shareplay; start only for me; cancel. I am on my daughters family share and have been for a long time with no issues. This literally started a few days ago and I can not get rid of it. I can not figure out what I need to do to remove my iphone from this. I have deleted the apple tv app from my phone and even turned my phone off and it did not change the above issue. Any help would be great AND please give step by step directions if you have a solution. Thanks.

To not SharePlay TV content or any other SharePlay-compatible content, turn that feature off on iPhone.

Settings﹥FaceTime﹥SharePlay﹥SharePlay On|Off.
