I lost my phone this morning around 8-9 And it turn off how to I find it?

If you enabled Find My Network on it before it was lost then for the next 24 hours after it was turned off anyone with an iPhone who comes near it can detect it, and their phone can provide approximate location information. So keep checking at https://icloud.com/find or using Find My on another device.
