Note : smooth network connection is always required to sync photos from iCloud , if the server is down from an internet service provider , you have to wait unless the issue is resolved from their end , you have to contact them .

Downloading Lost Photos:

A. Saving Photos to iPhone from iCloud:

Enable Photos in iCloud Settings:

Is Notes enabled in iCloud Settings on this iPhone? If not, enable it.

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
3. Tap: iCloud
4. Tap: Photos (so that it is green)

B. View iCloud Directly:

Visit certain links in iCloud to recover this data. For enabled, to receive photos, go to: https://www.icloud.com/photos

C. Restore from a Backup:

Did your ever back up your iPhone with these installed? If so, back up you could back up your iPhone, and then restore it from the backup.
