iPhone storage
my device continued to say I do not have enough storage on it.
I upgraded to the 2 tb and now I have more than enough space;
but when I try to save from the iMovie app, it continues to say not enough storage.
please help 😩

You bought ICloud storage, not phone storage. The phone's storage cannot be increased, it is a fixed size.
